Customer access or transactions on the Toan Thang App imply that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Policy, including any amendments and supplements. Customer accounts are created on the Toan Thang App after the first login. Customers are responsible for the accuracy and update of their personal information and for using Toan Thang services.

This information is necessary for registering for the ride-booking service and for Toan Thang to contact and confirm when customers register to use the service on the app, ensuring customer benefits.
During the use of the ride-booking service on the Toan Thang App, we retain detailed information about booking history, date of birth, address, and total accumulated points (if any).
Customers are responsible for ensuring the information they provide is complete and accurate and for updating the latest information. Toan Thang is not responsible for resolving any disputes if the information provided by the customer is incorrect, outdated, or fraudulent.
Customer information, as well as exchanges between customers and the Toan Thang App, are stored and secured by Toan Thang's system. Toan Thang employs appropriate technical and security measures to prevent unauthorized access and use of customer information.
When collecting data, Toan Thang stores and secures customer information on servers, ensuring data safety with firewall systems, access control, and data encryption.
Customers must not use tools or programs to interfere illegally with the system or alter the data structure of the Toan Thang App.
Additionally, any actions aimed at spreading, promoting activities intended to interfere with, destroy, or infiltrate Toan Thang’s system data are strictly prohibited by Vietnamese law.
If Toan Thang detects that customers are intentionally falsifying, cheating, or spreading unauthorized information, Toan Thang has the right to forward customer information to the competent authorities for legal handling.
